The cornerstone of our community program is "Charity Challenge," an annual project that generates charity dollars through company and individual donations, employee fundraising and volunteer activities. Each year BAE Systems selects one organization to be the beneficiary of our Charity Challenge program. This year's Charity Challenge is the American Cancer Society, with the company pledging to match 50 cents for every dollar raised, plus an additional $100 for each employee volunteer hour, and a $50,000 donation to kick-start the campaign.
